Explainer Foundry is run by Motion By Design, an animation studio in Adelaide, South Australia. Questions about your information go to [email protected].

The free sample

To make your sample, we collect:

What's said and what's seen are sent to Google's Gemini AI service, which makes your style frames, the voiceover and the animation. Please don't include anything confidential or personal about other people in your scene.

We keep a record of your name, email and scene so we can follow up about a full film. Your frames and video are deleted automatically after 7 days.

To keep the sample to one per person, we store a one-way code made from your email and another made from your connection's address. These codes can't be turned back into your email or address.

The waitlist and early access forms

These forms collect your name, email, chosen plan and, if you add it, what you need to explain. When they're connected, entries go to a private Google Sheet, and our team gets an email alert. Until then, the page tells you nothing was saved.

Where your information goes

These providers work internationally, so some information may be processed outside Australia.

Your browser

The page keeps a random visitor number in your browser's storage, so a repeat visit isn't counted twice. It doesn't contain your name or email.

Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, from the company behind Facebook and Instagram, to see which of our ads bring people to the site and to show our ads again to people who have visited. It sets cookies and tells Meta when you view a page, move through the free sample, sign up or choose a plan. It doesn't send Meta your name, your email or what you type into the sample.

You can control how Meta uses this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block it with your browser's cookie or tracking settings.

Your choices

We only email you about Explainer Foundry, and you can unsubscribe any time. Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, or to raise a concern. We'll update this page if anything changes.
